Inquiry and Contact Data
If you've only made inquiries without enrolling, we hold your contact information for two years. After that, it's automatically purged from our systems unless you've interacted with us again.
Legal Requirements
Some data must be retained longer for tax, accounting, or legal compliance reasons. Financial records related to payments stay for seven years as required by Taiwan regulations.
